We deliver jewellery orders to customers across the United Kingdom and are committed to making your delivery experience clear, accurate, and transparent. Below you will find all details regarding processing times, delivery timeframes, shipping carriers, tracking, order cut-off times, and other important shipping information.

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT+1), Monday through Friday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom and Scotland.
Please note: During peak periods, including UK bank holidays, promotional events, or seasonal surges, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Any carrier delay will be communicated where possible and your tracking link will remain the best source for delivery updates.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions, including deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas.
Shipping Method, Carriers & Tracking
All Novaglowjewels orders are shipped using a tracked standard delivery service.
Depending on your delivery address, parcel size, and the most efficient delivery route, your order may be shipped with one of the following carriers:
- Royal Mail Tracked
- Evri Tracked
- DPD Tracked
- DHL Tracked
Every shipped order includes tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, carrier details, and tracking link.
You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
If your tracking link does not show updates immediately, please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for the carrier to scan and update the parcel in their system.
Packaging
All Novaglowjewels jewellery orders are carefully packaged to protect your items during transit. Jewellery items such as bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, jewellery pieces, and jewellery sets may be packed in protective pouches, jewellery boxes, gift boxes, or secure outer packaging depending on the item.
If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your jewellery is intact, this is not necessarily cause for concern. If any jewellery item itself is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@novaglowjewels.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Taxes & Duties
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, all prices are displayed in GBP (£). No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic UK orders. Any applicable VAT is handled in accordance with UK law.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our website chat or at support@novaglowjewels.com.
We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, the delivery address usually cannot be changed by Novaglowjewels.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us by the carrier.
If this happens, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping, re-shipping, or carrier-related costs from the applicable refund amount, unless the failed delivery was caused by an error on our part.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that your parcel is delayed, please first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier updates are usually the most accurate source of delivery information.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated total delivery timeframe of 5–8 business days, please contact us at support@novaglowjewels.com with your order number so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights and our Return & Refund Policy.
